FRHE is able to support the design and fabrication of heat exchangers using advanced and corrosion-resistant materials for demanding industrial applications.
Our material capabilities include, but are not limited to:

- High-grade and exotic stainless steel materials – SS310, 254SMO etc
- Material selections based on process duty, corrosion requirement and client specification
These materials are commonly considered for applications involving corrosive media, seawater, chemical processes, sour service, high chloride environments, aggressive condensates and other demanding operating conditions.
FRHE understands that exotic material fabrication requires proper control over material selection, welding procedure, cleanliness, dimensional accuracy, inspection and quality documentation. Where applicable, we are able to support projects involving special material requirements, pressure-retaining components, tube-to-tubesheet joints, headers, tubesheets, shell assemblies and heat exchanger replacement units.
