Air Cooled Heat Exchanger / Radiator / Fin Fan Cooler
Air Cooled heat exchangers are usually utilized when cooling water source is limited or expensive. It acts as a heat transfer equipment in which ambient air comes in contact with fins within the tubes containing hot fluid. This heat exchanger type is available as forced or induced draft and it can be custom designed to suit different industry applications. The main benefit of the air cooler heat exchanger is the elimination of an auxiliary water supply ( water lost due to evaporation and drift ) making it a "greener" option compared to other heat exchanger types. It also represents lower capital, operational and maintenance costs.
FRHE is capable of supplying ASME codes for the materials, design, fabrication, testing and inspection of air-cooled heat exchangers. Fabrication can be done as per drawing or it can be an entirely new design. It is possible to supply the Air cooled heat exchangers with fan and motor or just the bundle.
