FRHE is able to design and fabricate heating and cooling coils in various material combinations to suit different applications and operating environments. For applications where corrosion resistance, hygiene, durability or higher operating temperature is required, stainless steel construction can be supplied.
Stainless steel heating and cooling coils are commonly used in industries where standard copper tube and aluminium fin construction may not be suitable due to corrosive air, aggressive process conditions, wash down areas, food grade requirements or long service life requirement.
Depending on the application, FRHE can fabricate stainless steel coils with stainless steel tubes, stainless steel fins, stainless steel casing and stainless steel headers. The material grade can be selected based on the operating condition, such as SS304, SS316, SS316L or other stainless steel grades upon request.
Stainless steel coils can be designed for heating, cooling, steam, hot water, chilled water, thermal oil and other process duties. FRHE can custom make replacement coils based on existing dimensions, sample units or drawings, or provide new custom designed units for new duties.
